Cheese tortes, not ordinary cheese cubes or cheese balls. Stilton Walnut layers of cream cheese and port wine topped with crumbled stilton and toasted walnuts, made up in a cheesecake pan for a lovely presentation, or a wheel of brie topped with edible flowers.
